What we collect
When you send a request we collect your name, email address and mobile number, the details (and any photo) of the item you're after, and — once you're ready to pay — the delivery address you give us at checkout.
Why we collect it
Only to do what you've asked: source and price your item, send you your quote with real photos, take payment, ship your order, and keep you updated by email and text. Nothing else.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Square. We never see or store your card details.
Who we share it with
We share only the minimum needed with the trusted providers that run this service — secure payments (Square), our email and SMS delivery, and our hosting and database. We never sell your information, and we never share it for anyone else's marketing.
Keeping in touch
We only contact you about your own requests and orders. No marketing spam.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as needed to fulfil your orders and meet our legal and tax obligations, then remove them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time — just email us.
